Accommodation cancellation policy will be as follows:

Bookings of up to 12 rooms per night:

• Amendments & Cancellations: Free cancellations are permitted until 2:00 PM, 30 days before arrival.

• Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will incur a one-night cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.

• In the event of a no-show, the full stay as originally booked will be charged.

Bookings of more than 12 rooms per night:

• The Group Cancellation Policy will apply, based on the size of the group
